Imperium Tax & AdvisorySix services · One roof

Everything you need. Under one roof.

Preparation, strategy, structure, and protection. Most firms do one. We run them as a single system, so the work compounds instead of contradicting itself.

Why it is worth having them together

One advisor, not five vendors

Your bookkeeper, preparer, and strategist are the same practice, so nothing gets lost in the handoff and no one blames the other when a number is wrong.

Licensed to represent you

Enrolled Agent is the highest credential the IRS awards. It means Angel can act for you in an audit, in collections, and on appeal, in every state.

Planning, not just filing

A return records what already happened. The savings come from decisions made before year-end, which is the work most firms never get to.

Common questions

Do I have to buy all of this at once?

No. Most clients start with one thing, usually a return that needs filing or books that need cleaning up. The rest is sequenced over time as it makes sense for your business, and we tell you when something is not worth doing yet.

Can you do just my tax return?

Yes. Preparation is a standalone service and plenty of clients only ever use it. You will still get an Enrolled Agent filing it rather than software, and if we spot something a strategy would fix, we will say so without pushing.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, which is why every engagement starts with a discovery call and a written roadmap before you commit to anything. Pricing is agreed up front. There are no hourly surprises.

Do you work with businesses outside New Mexico?

Yes. We are based in Las Cruces and work with business owners across all 50 states, remotely, in English and Spanish. An Enrolled Agent is federally licensed, so representation before the IRS is not limited by state.
